Shipping & Returns

ORDER PROCESSING TIME FRAME

Provided that products are readily in stock, all orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Once orders are ready for shipping or collection, a email will be sent.

SHIPPING COSTS

For all lifestyle products, shipping is $10 flat rate or $15 express within Australia. For any commissioned drawing or painting, postage must be calculated separately and quote provided.

SHIPPING POLICY

Depending on the size of item(s) purchased, orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post as per the delivery time frames set by Australia post. You will receive all relevant tracking information once we have shipped your purchase via the email address provided during check out.

 

PICK UP SERVICE

Pick up is available from Upper Mount Gravatt. While The Bull Artist creates all of her magic at her home studio in Cornubia, her stock is stored at the family business located at Goldsworthy Investments, Level 5, 50-56 Sanders St, Upper Mount Gravatt. Pick Up hours are 9 to 4pm Monday to Friday. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We will replace or refund faulty products or products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to The Bull Artist within 7 days of delivery. The shipping cost on all return items is the customer’s responsibility. Any postage cost charged in the original order are non-refundable.

Change of mind purchases, you may return most items in new and unused condition, with original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a store credit valid for 60 days. Be sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If you need to return an item, please email katrina@thebullartist.com and we will organise with you the return of the item. Shipping in this case is the customer’s responsibility. 

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON:
Product colour not to your liking as colour batches may vary with print runs and is not considered defective.
