  • What type of commissions do you paint?
    The Bull Artist is very versatile and can paint just about any subject matter you'd like, from people and pet portraits to landscape and floral art. Whatever your heart desires.
  • What mediums do you work with?
    The Bull Artist's signature style is acrylic painted on animal hyde with machine sewn textured stitching, however she can turn her hand to most mediums inclusive of prisma colour pencils, watercolour, ink and mixed media collage.
  • How big are your pieces?
    For the pencil and ink sketches, The Bull Artist works from A4 standard paper size upwards and for paintings they typically start from A2 standard paper size upwards. These are estimates and guides only.
  • What are your payment terms for commissioned pieces?
    The Bull Artist takes a 50% deposit to secure the job with the balance of payment required on completion of project.
  • Do you provide framing?
    Framing can definitely be sourced on a quote by quote basis. There are many colours and styles available that it is easier just to have a conversation about what you would like and we can go from there.
  • What are your delivery options with commissions?
    I have a home studio in Cornubia which you can collect from, or alternatively the office of our family business is in upper Mount Gravatt which is also available as a collection point. Outside of that, a courier quote can be arranged on a quote by quote basis.
  • What is the best way to speak with you?
    Katrina can always be found on the end of an email and is also happy to receive messeges through Facebook or Instagram.
  • When I make an order online, can I change my delivery address afterwards?"
    Yes of course, simply contact info@thebullartist.com as soon as possible to confirm the details of your new address. Please ensure you do get a reply to confirm the change.
  • How can I track my order once it's shipped?
    You will be sent a seperate email with tracking information once your package has been dispatched in the post.
  • What happens if I change my mind on what I've ordered online?
    Provided that you return the goods within 14 days and they are in the original condition and original packaging combined, you may be eligible to receive a refund. All postage charges on returning the order are at client's cost.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    At this stage no, however if there is an increased demand in future it may be considered but for now we only deliver within Australia.
